General Policy
- The options and fees of different delivery services are shown in the shopping cart or during order checkout.
- When the order is completed, you will receive e-mail showing order details.
- Orders (except pre-ordered items) will be dispatched in 3 working days upon order confirmation. An e-mail with shipment detail will be sent upon dispatch.

Please provide correct address, phone number and e-mail address as the service provider may contact you when the package arrives. We are not responsible for extra charge caused by mislead information.

FREE Delivery for order of HK$500 or more
- A free delivery to S.F. Locker/ Station or door (by HK Post Office) within Hong Kong is offered at a single purchase of HK$500 or more.
- For S.F. Locker/ Station, a tracking number will be sent to you once the package is shipped. For shipping to door, no tracking number will be provided.
- Comfily is not responsible if the package is lost, we highly recommend customers to use the delivery with a tracking number.
- Offer does not apply to bulky items and wholesale order.
- Extra charge may apply to remote locations and delivery services specified by the customers.
S.F. Express (順豐速遞) / SHIPLUS
- Please provide correct shipping address/ pickup station code, phone number and e-mail address as the delivery service provider may contact you when the package arrives.
- Customers will pay delivery fee to the service provider upon package delivery (到付).
- You may check the delivery fee in the links below. Normally shipping to pickup points and lockers have a lower fee than shipping to doors.

Store Pickup
- To reduce packaging wastes, you may pick up the package at our studio located in Kwun Tong.
- Pickup time is available on Mon-Fri at 12pm-8pm.
- We will contact you to confirm the pickup time and when the package is ready for pickup.
- Comfily co. has the right to cancel the order if the package is not picked up 30 days since the purchase date.
International Delivery
- The options and fees of different delivery services are shown in the shopping cart or during order checkout.
- The package will be sent via regular delivery service by S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post Office.
- The actual delivery fee and time vary based on different countries. Extra time may need for the unstable conditions under the COVID-19 pandemic.
- For urgent order, please check with us at info@comfily.co before the order is made.
Tax And Duty
- Customers will be responsible for all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties.
- Custom authorities require that we state the actual value of the order on the package.
- It is the right of the custom agents to release the package, which may delay the delivery.
