Return & Exchange

We value your support and satisfaction, and will check carefully the product condition before it is shipped. We understand how it is out of our control that the product is not in a good shape when you receive it.

 

Please contact us at info@comfily.co immediately if you have any concern. 

In case you find the product damaged or the quality not satisfying, please e-mail us the order number, the item you would like to exchange, and any photo that may show the condition of the product within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

We gladly accept your return of unused item in original packaging to exchange for the same value of goods. No refund will be given for the value difference of the replacement item and the exchanging item. No refund will be given for the shipping cost.

Product exchange and return is only available for product quality issue or if the wrong model/ size of item is sent.

It is unavailable if:

  • the original packaging is opened
  • the product is used or washed
  • you change your mind
  • you don’t like the item
  • the item is on sale  

For on-sale items that are defective, we describe the product as much as we can on the product listing. Customers should aware these products are not in their perfect conditions that no exchange or return is available.
